Equipment for the measure of vibrations and his monitoring: with different entrances configurables to adapt distinct types of captadores
Semapi Europe has a wide range of equipment for the measurement of vibrations of last generation. Between them, it has of the model MX300 that allows to realise the measure of spectrums of vibrations, measure of total level and balanced in one or two planes. Also it has diverse entrances configurables that allow the connection of pinzas amperimétricas, temperature by contact, temperature by infrared and practically any industrial sensor (4-20 mA, 0-10 V, 0-5 V). Optionally, can include an entrance of tension of 400 V(AC) RMS of 50 to 60 Hz. The team MX300 also incorporates the possibility to configure routes for system of predictive maintenance. Semapi Offers also services of balanced in situ, balanced in own workshop, measurement and control of vibrations, ranged of axles laser, implantation of systems of predictive maintenance, learning in balanced and vibrations.
On the other hand, Semapi also has the system of ranged of polea BTA Digital2. With this team is possible to range poleas of precise and fast form thanks to the digital reading of relative position of a polea with regard to the another. The team BTA Digital2 installs in few seconds and sample of instantaneous form the errors of trip and angle between the two poleas, doing very easy to correct the misalignment with the digital reading in real time.
Finally, the team of monitory continuous MC-400 allows the control of until 4 channels of vibrations with levels of vibration and relays of independent alarm. It allows the configuration of the bottom of frequency between 2 kHz or 10 kHz. The screen of the team allows to visualise the values of each channel as well as the levels of alarm.
