Curvadora Hydraulics: with three rollers motrices
The curvadora hydraulics Alpha 150H2 of Tauring, company commercialised by Machinery Curvaser, S.L., it has of three rollers motrices and double independent regulation.
The central roller is in fixed position while the lateral rollers glide on rectilinear guides by means of two hydraulics cylinders of long career.
With this machine can curvar profiles of big dimensions and also small with radii of curvado very reduced.
The standard endowment goes instrumented, in addition to universal rollers for the curvado, of profiles of the position 1To to 6B; position 10To, 10B and 11To, and also of enderezadores monocomando hydraulics. These, mounted on both sides, have three hydraulics regulations more a mechanics. All the organs rotantes are mounted on cojinetes and built in temperate steel and rectified.
The curvadora is prepared to work in horizontal position and the hydraulics speed is regulable to 4-6 twists/min, selectable by variator from the console of commando.
With regard to the axles, the upper axis is fixed whereas the inferior axles are mounted on guides of hydraulics rectilinear career of convergent hydraulics movement between them.
The maximum power of the hydraulics cylinders is of 40 t and each one of them with a pressesure autolimitada of 180 bar.
The enderezadores lateral are regulables hidráulicamente in three steerings: it push vertical, rotation and regulation lane.
The gestión of the control realises by means of PLC and has of system of cooling of the oil by means of exchanger of heat by running water (to predisposition of the installation by part of the operario) with opening thermostat and closing of flow.
The machine fulfils the rule of hygiene of the CE.
