The hendedora Created Matic 50 is a hendedora automatic of format super To-2, totally programmable manufactured by the English signature KAS and distributed in Spain by OPQ Systems.
It Created it Matic 50 can be programmed to realizar hendidos in any point along the leaf with a maximum of 28 hendidos and with 99 programs by heart, to store the most usual works.
It Created it Matic 50 can work with formats from CD until super To-2 with a maximum of 500 x 850 mm. The hendedora is instrumented with four useful of hendido to be able to hendir all the grammages from 80 until 400 grams. Three of these useful are of steel and the third is a matrix autoadhesiva. This matrix autoadhesiva is available in several widths.
It Created it Matic 50 also incorporates of series an useful of microperforación, which allows to realizar a line of microperfación in the same sense of the advance of the paper. The perforación can be expanded to several lines, adding useful of perforación.
The speed of hendido is until 7.000 leaves/hour. The system of feeding is by suction with drum with inferior feeding, which allows a production without stops.
