Bordonadora Hydraulics: it realises bordonados of tubes
The hydraulics machine to CN model DBR 400 of Millemiglia, mark distributed by Machinery Curvaser, has been especially projected and built to realise bordonados of tubes, by means of an internal matrix to sectors rotantes and a contramatriz external to sectors. The tubes can have a diameter comprised between a minimum of 140 until a maximum of 400 mm, and with a thickness of tube of 4 mm maximum. The machine also is apt to realise channels.
The technical solutions adopted, joined to a solid construction and with suitable materials, give the maximum productivity and a guarantee of long length, optimum rigidity and high reliability, also in conditions of extreme work.
The level of noise is inferior to the levels allowed.
The bordonadora has been projected with mechanical and electrical characteristics special that allow him an ease of use. It is according to the current norms of hygiene. Therefore, the machine is apt to be inserted in islands of complex work and for batches of small production, means and big.
It does not need hand of skilled work for the regulation, use and manutención. This does that they reduce the consequent indirect costs.
His normal operation is automatic comandado with a pedal. Can select the manual operation for the initial regulations.
