OPQ Systems sells the automatic folding machine Horizon PF - 40L, a development of the suction folder, also automatic, model PF-P330 super A3 format. Team is a module destined to the industrial market with a format of 320 x 470 mm, able to fold all kinds of supports: shiny, matte, offset and carbonless, among others.
The speed is 270 sheet/min in A3 format and 390 sheets/min in A4 format. The format is very simple: you only need to select the measure the paper and then the type of bend. Adjustments are made automatically. The new folder PF - 40L can be used with any paper format standard, thanks to its programming. It is also possible to memorize the work carried out.
The folding machine PF - 40L is very compact and is equipped with a table with wheels to facilitate their movement. In addition, it has scaled output of large-capacity, feeder pile high, side table of register, adjustable speed, batch separation, as well as the different functions of settings from 50 x 70 and 70 x 100 models of the industrial range.
