The system M-101 of Formove is an able system to drive and distribute the loads between the distinct areas and places of work in the plants of manufacture and of storage. It orders the productive process and organises the flow of the commodities in his different stages, from the reception to the expedition, speeding up his manipulation.
The loads transport by means of carritos or trolleys that circulate along aerial lanes and his accionamiento is manual, pushing groups of trolleys along manual lanes, by gravity, in lineas included, or automatically, by means of motorised systems (by means of a chain with empujadores that circulate by the interior of a lane). This can be horizontal or bent, adapting to any route and configuration of the available venue. The chain can be type birraíl with empujadores normal or type Power & Free, what allows the accumulation of the trolleys in the own lane of circulation.
