The Group Krauss Maffei has grouped, with immediate character, the activities of injection of Netstal (with own subsidiary in Spain) and Krauss Maffei (represented in Spain by Coscollola Commercial) under the steering of Hans-Ulrich Golz. Of this form want to reinforce his position in the main markets and his presence in the sectors at present in growth. Under an alone ceiling, the Group Krauss Maffei offers now a range of products of high value that answers to the demand of the customers, with the end to provide them more value added in his chain of value, has affirmed Jan Olaf Siebert, president of the Council. With the new structure will produce a penetration in the market of the autonomous marks Netstal and Krauss Maffei with a range of products clearly clear-cut and organisations of sales and of independent engineering.
Hans Ultich Golz, besides forms part of the Executive Committee in quality of president of the divide injection. With reason of the restructuring, Bernhard Merki, CEO of Netstal, has decided to leave his charges and abandon the company. From 1988 Merki has occupied diverse positions in Netstal. Karlheinz Bourdon and Frank Peters, up to now with respective responsibilities in the technicians of injection and reaction, will have new functions in the segment of the injection. Bourdon Will be vice-president of the activities of investigation and development and responsible of development of processes and of product. Frank Peters will be vice-president of Sales of Krauss Maffei in the segment of injection. His position like manager of the technician of reaction assumes it Nicolas Beyl, that also will form part of the Executive Committee in representation of this technician, and for the segment of the extrusion the group finds in the process of selection of an external person to the group.
