The B series of Roboshot, as a result of the increase in horizontal extension of the distance from the columns, e.g. 320 to 360 mm 50 ton and 420 to 460 mm for the 100-ton, has increased the rigidity to withstand much heavier and more complex moulds. A structure of two pieces on the mobile plate has been adopted and the slight deformation of the plate is removed by concentrating the force of closure in the Centre. The unique mixture of Fanuc control function, using digital sensors of high resolution pressure, increases stability and minimizes variations in weight.
Euromap 63 is now integrated into the Fanuc Roboshot. The control via computer or the data management of operation including the management of the production, recording of data, orders and the planning of moulds, as well as the assurance of quality and documentation are fully incorporated, and these machines can be easily integrated into existing data management systems.
Serie B users will appreciate the powerful CNC control, an increase in the size of the screen of the system of control (from 12.1 to 15 inches) and a new style of presentation of screen, close to the usual systems of injection machines appearance. The B series is available on the European market with seven forces closing: 15, 30, 50, 100, 150, 250 and 300 tons.
