Proyecma: solutions for the manufacturer of caps in Equiplast 2005

Proditec, signature French specialized in the development of machine vision inspection systems and classification in high rate of plastic presents on the stand C655 P2, in collaboration with its representative in Spain Proyecma and exclusively at the Equiplast 2005, the new models of Visicaps Compact.

These developments demonstrate once again the will of both companies to provide the manufacturer of caps, either by injection or compression, process industry solutions for the classification and selection of parts in high cadence with own and creative technologies. Competitiveness and simplicity are, without doubt, the two features of the new family of Visicaps Compact.

Visicaps Compact high speed allows the classification of caps of diameters up to 50 mm with the addition of an elevator PE-024 positioner provided by Proyecma which guides and forcing the blocks to the entrance of the Visicaps tape compact with aspiring tapestry. Two imaging cameras located in the heart of the machine allows to verify 100% of the production by removing all the plugs with functional defects (ovalación, lack or excess of material, seal, shutter, the presence of micro-agujero, etc.) or internal aspect and/or outside (bleaching)(, contamination, staining, etc.) in cadences to 120,000 blocks per hour. The lighting is performed by a device with leds whose longevity and stability contribute to reduce the cost of use. Without any mechanical device for inspection and selection phase, the Visicaps Compact high speed uses gravity as a principle cinematic, thus providing high reliability, simplicity, robustness and small size.

The Visicaps Compact Color combines the two main technologies in terms of matrix vision (1 House) and linear (2 cameras) with lighting by leds of the latest generation. This ensures high performance detection and classification of blocks with many shades of color. This new development combines the best of the technology of the matrix and linear cameras available today in the market. The first matrix color camera, located on the top of the input tape, allow the inspection to 100% of smaller functional defects and look on the inside of the plug (thread, shutter, etc.) The second set of vision consisting of two linear cameras color allows the inspection and classification of all the external defects across the surface of the plug in a way very similar to the Visicaps Compact high speed.

All Visicaps Compact PCs incorporate a counter of parts and an automatic mechanism of deviation to two boxes of already inspected plugs.
