Pallman offers solutions for the micronized and the production of granules in Equiplast 2005

The Pallmann Maschinenfabrik in Zweibrücken, Pavilion P1, 705 booth company, is one of the leading manufacturers of machines and installations of crushing and size reduction. This year the company will also be in the edition of the fair Equiplast presenting the new type PM 300 Polygrinder for the micronized thermoplastics and the Palltruder, a machine for the production of wood-plastic-Compositegranules.

The new Polygrinder type PM 300 mill serves to the micronising thermoplastics. Its application is the spraying of PE and PVC, as well as materials difficult to work as EVA, PP, PA, Poliester, PC or Masterbatches.

The machine is designed to work with large production quantities and for small productions of loads. As standard the WP Polygrinder is carried out with transmission belt. There is the option of direct transmission with variable frequency drive for laboratory and testing applications. Due to its compact construction and its Assembly without base platform, the Polygrinder is fully integrated to existing production lines. The output of the material may be appropriate: upward or lateral. The mill is very easy to clean and modifications of the distance between segments can be quickly and accurately.

With the Palltruder new development can be obtained as final material the Pallwood for the composite of wood and plastic industry. This material makes possible the development of innovative products. The Palltruder allows to blend natural materials (such as for example wood sawdust) with plastic for the announced Pallwood. The content in the Pallwood moisture is very below 1 per cent (working with a humidity of natural products of maximum of 8 per cent input). It is for that reason, that the pellet obtained as the final product is perfectly suitable for the following processes of production such as extrusion or injection. The ratio between the plastic and natural product is elective to a certain extent. The produced Pallwood stands out for good fluidity, homogeneity, external appearance and high density. The installation works dealing with care material through heat of friction under the melting point of the plastic. Thus avoiding thermal degradation of the material. Due to the compact construction of the facility, the space requirements are very low. Output Pallwood material and following production allow to manufacture parts for example all type of profiles, ribbons and coverings, pieces of mold, etc., to be identified through a natural exterior, may screw and nailthey are resistant to the time and cheap to produce.

The two machines are available to customers of Pallmann in its technological centre for testing.
