ARBURG is focused on the drives, the spindle and multicomponent in Equiplast 2005 injection
In all the Allrounder A (closing and opening of the mold, injection and dosage) main functions are carried out by means of electric drives, while other movements (driving of the spindle, functions of the mould...) are well electric either hydraulically, depending on the specific requirements. Thus, Arburg takes advantage of both systems. When necessary, the machines have the electro-mechanical precision and low consumption of energy and, in other cases, of sufficient hydraulic force.
With the Allrounder 320 A 600-170 is the smallest within the Alldrive electric injectors. The machine has a clamping force of 600 kN, 320 mm light between columns and an injection unit size 170, whose maximum weight of injected piece is 105 grams of polystyrene.
The Allrounder 270 U 400-100 with position controlled spindle has a clamping force of 400 kN, 270 mm of light between columns and 65 grams maximum for injected polystyrene. At the fair, the machine is equipped with a spindle position control that Arburg offers as an option and that ensures a high dynamic and high reproducibility of the injection unit. High precision is provided by a cylinder of double action, in which the injection piston can be pressurised on both sides.
For its part, the Allrounder 820 S 4000-3200/150, integrated into a manufacturing cell, is a good example of complex cells which Arburg can provide, in this case with a machine of two components.
With a clamping force of 4,000 kN and 820 mm of light between columns, the 820 S is the largest of the Arburg machines program. It injects a suitcase into two components, in a process equipped with robot Multilift HV for the extraction, which horizontally enters the mold and deposited the piece vertically.
The Allrounder 520 C rounds out the exhibition, in representation of the series C.
