The director of the Agència of Residus of Catalonia (ARC), Josep Maria Tost, the president of the Consorci per to the Gestió of Residus of the Western Vallès, Juan Carlos Sánchez, and the director of Saneamiento and Environingingment of the Office of State of Economic and Sustainable Development of the Government of the State of Santa Catarina, in Brazil, Luiz Antonio Garcia, have signed this morning an agreement for the realisation of the Congress of Innovation in the Management and Treatment of the Municipal Waste (
In virtue of the agreement, the State of Santa Catarina will receive the organisation of three congresses Reinnova in traditional format bianual and with a length of two days, as well as two congresses with the format Reinnova Sessions of a day of length. The aim is to boost the relations between the public institutions Catalans with his homologous of the State of Santa Catarina and the companies of the sector for the creation of opportunities of collaboration in projects of innovation and development in the field of the management and treatment of municipal waste. Also it pretends create a frame of stable relation that allow the promotion and diffusion to international level of these events, in addition to promoting conjoint activities in the field of the innovation, sensitisation and citizen awareness, and consolidate a network of experts in the sector of the waste that participate in the freamers of debate.
