Negri Bossi
At the booth (booth 15A05), Negri Bossi will release two electric machines, 70 VE and VE 480, and both will be configured with the remote control Amico system. The model V 7 will produce a technical component in POM with two cavity mould and a duty cycle of 20 seconds. The 480 VE will be used to produce a cube of 10 liters of polypropylene using a mold of a cavity and a duty cycle of 8 seconds. It also exposes a V 160 (Canbio) equipped with a robot of the same manufacturer. The 1800 BI-P will produce a deposit of polypropylene with a duty cycle of 40 seconds. The extraction of the transform piece is performed by a robot Negri Bossi.
The model Bi-Power 1800 - a fuel transfer with hydraulic swing in the columns - will be a real surprise at the fair. The plasticizer spindle operates electrically: consists of a parallel shaft reducer and an asynchronous three-phase engine piloted by an inverter vector, similar to the solution adopted by the Vector series. In addition to the small specific modifications applied to the Bi-P presses, electrical system offers the logic and the guarantee of the CANbus used in the Vector number. As mentioned earlier machines, the Bi-P is able to be configured with the system (optional) Amico in which, a remote assistance serves as interface with the computer's machine directly.
On the other hand, the exposed machine VH1800 is the youngest of the series that will be shown and which also includes the VH2300 and VH3000.
Negri Bossi range also includes the V 160, which has been on the market for several years, a model that uses the CANbus, so successful in the Canberra series solution. In them, the control is simple, practical and fits any type of fuel transfer. Thanks to the CANbus of the V 160 model, remote system Amico can also be integrated.
In addition, Negri Bossi has been for years well positioned in the market with a wide range of injection robots, specially developed to provide maximum flexibility and ease of use. Of various sizes, this series of robots allows for a wide range of possibilities and options.
Negri Bossi develops both the machines and the automation, ensuring a perfect compatibility and integration, essential for the proper functioning features. Visitors can see two of the machines equipped with robots and will have the opportunity to see a new version of computer screen of color which is held in the hand and, among other things, allows the control of the machine.
The fair will be a framework of demonstrations of network Amico, that has great potential in the remote service and in real-time, from anywhere in the world.
