Which is the most usual profile of a buyer of mills? It is a transformer —that needs triturar his defective pieces—, is a reciclador...?
The most usual profile of the company that uses our mills is that that has the restlessness or need to recycle the coladas, wastes, scraps or pertinent defective pieces of the systems of transformation used by each company. The fact of triturar, recycle on foot of machine and reutilizar the material in continuous contributes a reduction of cost in the production and avoids the risk of pollution and bad manipulation of the material.
In the case of games of defective and bulky pieces also use mills with two main aims: recover the prime matter and reduce the busy space by the pieces, since in some cases these can occupy a very important volume in the company.
Which is the most valued characteristic by the buyers in a mill?
The companies that buy our mills Wanner are customers very demanding with the team, that value and look for an optimum balance between the technical and functional appearances of the mill, such as a good access to the camera of trituración, ease for the cleaning of the team, a high pair to avoid the blockade of the rotor, trituración without dust, good soundproofing with a level of low noise, that was a robust and reliable team and, obviously, that the consumption of power by each kilo of material triturado was the optimum.
A priori, it seems that the mills are a type of team with little technology. It is this true? What has to guarantee a technologically advanced mill?
Yes, for a lot of people the mills are devices relatively simple. At all more far of the reality: the mills also have evolved technologically. Nowadays in function of the type of material to triturar and of the performance required, Wanner can offer us distinct technological alternatives, from mills for laboratories, mills of low revolutions with toothed rollers for brittle materials, mills with direct transmission and high pair, until mills with transmission by belt and steering wheel of inertia, universal mills, mills for bulky pieces, mills for retales of film, systems of regranceado compact and modular mills with special hoppers.
A technologically advanced mill has to guarantee a cut of clean and dry material that do not generate dust, so that we can obtain a material triturado clean and homogéneo. For this the geometry and distribution of the blades is very important. The box of trituración has to be solid and robust, built with components of smelting to absorb the vibrations. On the other hand, the mill has to be perfectly insonorizado to guarantee a low audible level. The mills of last generation allow us obtain a maximum performance with a consumption of minimum power. To obtain a good quality of the material triturado is fundamental a previous analysis of the materials and pieces to triturar and a good advice to be able to define the appropriate mill for each application.
