The future in the field of the manufacture of bottles is marked by various phenomena, of which highlight the following: the strict control of the cost of the bottle (inversión-productividad), the weight reduction and the original design in packaging and a growing interest in the replacement of some materials.
On the extrusion-blown, I think that it is the most economic way for bottles with a correct quality, where machine and mould investment is less than that required in other technologies. It is ideal for series short and socks, as well as complex bottles: with handle, peephole with transparent, you oval, co-extrusión. etc.
Injecting - blowing conventional allows bottles of high precision tolerances of neck and uniformity of walls. It allows to work with a wide variety of plastic materials. It is ideal for large series and has an excellent acceptance in applications of Pharmacy and cosmetics due to the quality of the final product.
The inyección-estirado - blowing is a specific technology for the transformation of PET and certain PP which confer on the plastic the desired lens aspect.
The blowing of PET preform allows great flexibility for the Packers, with lower investment, without giving up big production costs.
