HASCO launches a new universal Z10710 and Z107105 needle valve
With this renewal of universal needle valve Hasco fixes easy many of these problems at once. The basic principles of the closure of needle unit remain the universality and modularity.
The drive unit of needle, which is available in two standard sizes, can be combined with all the Techni Shot and Shot Hasco Valve nozzles. Thus the user opens a very wide range of types of nozzles, diameters of channel of mass and lengths of 300 mm maximum nozzle, variants of points of injection and needle guided.
The technical field with very different weights and loads applications also can carry out a simple and flexible manner, as required by the medical sector and the packaging.
The structure of the system is extremely compact and can also be integrated without problems into small moulds with a reduced height of mounting.
A major advantage of the drive is that both the unit and a single nozzle, can be centered in the middle of the mold, or as a unit of between the hot channel distributor and the nozzle. Thus, casts of prototypes or preserial with a specific type of grout can be transmitted without problems the knowledge gained into a mold of higher series. The components used from the mold of pre-production may even be used.
The costs of the system of hot channel decrease so greatly in series. To use the Z107105 /... between the head of the nozzle and hot channel distributor other benefits take effect. The axial thermal expansion of the Distributor bar does not exert any influence on the position of the needle or the guidance of the needle. In this way, prevents the deformation of the needle. The optimal ratio l/D, thanks to the reduced length of the needle, increases the useful life of the needle and injection site.
It also attached great importance to flexibility to select the type of drive. The Z107101 /... actuation of pneumatic way through special cylinders placed in the exterior of the mould. The connecting rod moves centrally by the unit to minimize the wear and the forces of displacement. Unit Z107105 /... the drive takes place through compact hydraulic cylinders that are coupled to the drive through a crossbar.
Career length may vary, depending on the type of drive, between 2 mm to 7 mm in the two types of drive. This can be adjusted perfectly the Z107101 /... to the application and the type of mouthpiece used.
The position of the needle of closure is determined unambiguously. An element at the head of the nozzle anti-rotation allows the adaptation of the front contour of the needle to the geometry of the piece and assures the needle against spin.
