Christmas is coming to our cities

Each of the 20 stars distributed throughout the city measured 2.5 meters in diameter and they are made in fiberglass and polyester of yellow and translucent with interior light. These stars are located in each and every one of ten districts of the county town, most numerous form in the Center, also prioritising the spaces into and out of Barcelona.

New illuminated streets of the city

• Avenida del Paral.lel, from the calle Arc del Teatre to Floridablanca.
• Barceloneta, various stretches of the streets Joan de Borbó, Almirall Cervera, Almirall Churruca and Machinist.
• Rambla de Raval, from the Hospital Street to the Sant Pau Street.
• Passeig Maragall, from the calle Sant Antoni Maria Claret to Frederic Rahola.

It should be noted that the reasons for decoration of these streets are in relation to the history of the neighborhoods to which they belong. For example, the lighting of the Barceloneta will be presented as schools of fish, in memory to the fishing roots of the neighborhood. The 'Galet de Nadal', to the markets of the city

On the other hand, the emblematic element of 2009, the 'Nadal Galet' - a type of pasta 'Jaws' whose Christmas version, of larger size, is used to eat the soup of Christmas in Catalonia - is located this year in the interior or exterior of 25 municipal markets. 2 Meters of height, it is made reusable resins, fixed to the ground and with interior light.

Madrid is 'dressed' light 'collection 2010-2011'
