Two large 'premieres' will take place at the Arburg stand at the K 2010
September 8, 2010
The spokesman of the management service of Arburg, Michael Hehl, describes the approach of the company in the K in the following way: "our goal is to provide new opportunities for more efficient production." Our cooperation goes beyond the level modular machine Allrounder. All our injection solutions run parallel with our Maxim's company, which defines Arburg as a partner for an efficient injection. We demonstrate in this K 2010, with new features in the area of equipment, control systems and with various exposed products of high technological value. "This is completed with a service to the specific client that allows us to develop the best possible solutions with our customers in mind".
Assistant Selogica: a quick and easy way to program the sequences of a machine
Creating a special area in the stand, Arbug aims to underline the position of international leadership of the philosophy of the system of control Selogica, which now allows not only schedule and control the sequence of the machine, but the entire production systemthe associated hardware & six-axis robotic systems.
ARBURG is investing in hybrid technology: the new Allrounder 920 H
Coupled with the large and hydraulic Allrounders 920 S and Golden Edition, now the new machine returns to show Arburg bet for high-performance hybrid technology. The fuel transfer consists of a force of 5,000 kN to allow rapid movement and precision closure. The machine that will be combines a hydraulic size 4600 injection unit and the adaptive technology of hydraulic accumulator. The machine will show a technical implementation for the sector of the container and packaging with sophisticated features of the mold, such as collapsable nuclei and anti-corrosion with multiple slides.
Projects and applications
With a total of ten exhibited products, including numerous and complex production cells, Arburg will present a wide range of injection solutions based on the application and energy efficiency. At the stand numbers hybrid and electrical machines of series Hidrive and Alldrive, all of them with the 'energy efficient' label of Arburg. The exposed machines will be used in high speed packaging applications in the fields of labelling in mold, injection multicomponent including silicone liquid and thermoplastics, the production of medical pieces and intracytoplasmic microinjection of Arburg's new modulewhich combines a spindle of 8 mm with a second spindle injection to merge the material.
The complexity is simplified with Selogica
It will demonstrate special production cells in which all processes are managed centrally using the Selogica control system to show a perfect communication man-machine.
Visitors can see how more complex manufacturing processes become intuitive.
