This Neurtek presents, in the BIEMH 2010, their latest in laboratory for metallographic sample preparation equipment.
Cutting metalográfica brilliant 250 ATM
It includes an adapter of the axis of the engine of the record of court that allows to put large cutting blades (up to 300 mm in diameter) and small cutting blades for fine cutting of 250 microns thick. It's a press empastilladora to mount samples to study metallography. It has several interchangeable molds that make pills of various diameters with a single instrument. It is prepared to double empastillado (two pills at the same time). The control is electronic and fully automatic.
Certified patterns of Shore and Bareiss IRHD hardness
Neurtek also presents in the BIEMH certified patterns of Shore and Bareiss IRHD hardness. It's DKD certified patterns by the laboratory of the manufacturer of durometer ratings Bareiss, a reference in German industry.
Note that the patterns are mounted in deformable metal avoiding external influences during the test.
