Ferromatik Milacron in Maquitec 2009
Cap-Tec 200 with a force of closure of 2,000 kN and a unit of injection of 1,000 international dimensions, is equipped with a cast of two chambers of the Italian manufacturer Pezzutti and produces caps for containers of ice cream in a cycle of 5.8 seconds. She is extracted with a robot and are deposited in a conveyor both from the Italian firm Star Automation, who also was in charge of the cell for the protection of the machine.
The Cap-Tec 200 model is equipped with the new energy saving of Ferromatik Milacron GreenLine package, consisting of the following modules:
• Energy efficiency drive technology
• Energy management
• Energy measurement
The drive for energy efficiency makes it possible the exchange of electric motors of energy efficiency class EFF1 energy-saving Motors EFF2 class. For energy management, the accumulator hydraulic not always fills completely, but only what is necessary to the process at any time.
You can delete parallel functions of machines when they are not necessary in the process. This prevents costly consumption peaks. A measurement of consumption with a new module of measuring rounded the GreenLine package. This module allows the energy consumption of a process during the injection process to make it transparent and be able to quantify it.
Cap-Tec was developed as a fuel transfer of high performance for applications of all types of packaging. It is ideal for lids, caps, articles of thin wall and labelling applications in mould.
It is available in forces closure of 2,000, 3,000 and 4,000 kN. You can use in molds from 48 to 96 cavities. Stacked moulds can also be used to duplicate the production. CAP-Tec is equipped with a drive of the electric spindle which allows parallel functions and contributes to the high speed of the machine. The necessary stability for high dynamics are achieved with a frame reinforced with linear guides.
