Line of extrusion for production of PET, directly extruded without prior drying

Characterized by a double corrotante spindle as main extruder, with spindles of 70 mm in diameter and high efficiency of the installation in vacuum, this line produces movie of PET flakes of recycling of bottles, without pretreatment of drying/crystallizationensuring the level of quality that the market demands.

The usual drying of the PET material is no longer necessary, due to the high efficiency of the installation to the vacuum and the technology tested in several installations to date.

The film is coextruye in three layers (a-B - to) as a basic structure, usually with outer layers of Virgin APET to conform to the packaging of food supplies.

Power block allows you to change the structure of the layer without stopping production. The line produces 1,000 mm useful width with a production of film per hour of 600 kg and will be presented in operation during the fair.

The FFG series, this new machine responds to the latest demands of the termoconformadores.

Additional innovations that will be displayed in the Plast are represented by models of extruder BA92 Nomax and BA76 Cemax, the fourth generation of Amut of extrusion machines of double screw contrarrotante.

The Max series, designed for the production of extruded PVC window profiles, is characterized by a high-torque and high production.

Amut will also expose the series of extruders EA75 HP design for the production of tubes market. The head of extrusion for up to 800 of outside diameter PVC rigid tubes, will be displayed in this extruder also equipped with PLC control and a software system developed by own specialists in Amut IT.

Amut, will also present its patented Automatic Washer, a basic component for Amut technology for cleaning PET bottles and recycling plants.

Auwash 5000-1500 model that will be on display may be up to 4 tons/hour of material waste, with a low consumption of water and chemicals, ensuring a perfect cleaning of flakes also for treatments of processes bottle to bottle.
