Mazzoni, of Protecnic, has as its main novelty the Turbo 1300, a reel automatic portamangueras of three stations that makes tubes folded, simple and double-walled, with a diameter of 40 to 110 mm. It's designed to work horizontally, something that the dimension of the cover-up is substantially reduced, passes from one station to another unpeeled or deform the tube. The first unit of the tube is wrapped, guided by an arm of iron to ensure adherence to the spiral. The second unit is by the introduction of an internal thread coil tube, at the third station coil comes automatically expelled.
The second novelty that presents Mazzoni is the 1000 spiral, a reel portamangueras monoaspo equipped with six arms that, during the wrapping process, guides for sequences in such a way that it alternates.
