"Everything from a single source, everything from Engel" is the slogan that Engel has chosen to show the company's philosophy addressed to meet the needs of its customers. It also draws on the fair to present its solutions targeting energy optimizing their solutions for all relevant industrial areas.

From the technological point of view, its latest development is the machine Engel Duo 500 peak, with a strength of close to 500 tons. This machine takes up very little space and weighs little thanks to its compact system of two dishes. It presents the maximum energy efficiency and time cycle dry only 2.6 seconds.

Duo 500 peak is the fastest two dishes machine on the market, but consumes little energy. At the fair, Engel shows an application for automotive in a Duo 3550/500 peak.

Fully electric, compact and extremely economical, as noted by the company, the fuel transfer Engel e-max, presented for the first time in the last edition of the K 2007 trade fair, is equipped with key options that allow customers to optimize injection processes. It takes up little space thanks to its integrated motor and stresses its control technology and its accuracy. Also, Engel e-max has supply centralized for servomotors and has a device that recovers energy from braking. The benefit here is the optimization of energy efficiency. During the Plast, visitors can see an Engel e-max 310/100 with a clamping force of 100 tons to produce an electronic component using a mold of FCI Austria (Mattighofen).

In addition, you can see a 740 Engel / 180 with a clamping force of 180 tons with which the company wants to demonstrate that the fully electric machines are ideal for injection in the container and packaging industry. Particularly parallel movements of high precision, thanks to its electric motors which operate independently, make the machine fits perfectly in high-speed applications. On this occasion, at the stand of Engel, the visitor can see a fuel transfer producing a round container with IML in a cast of two cavities of Hofstetter.

Also in operation, you can see the manufacture of containers for vaccines using a model of Köbelin/Eichstetten (D) with mould 4 cavities in an Engel e-motion 200/55, which shows applications that go beyond more conventional applications. The machine is intended for the production of sterilized in Cleanroom for application in medical technology.

Optimized for applications in Cleanroom, the machine has an enclosed cylinder which reduces the emission of particles and heat, along with cast resin injection unit engines and of mould resistant to corrosion and dishes prepared for work in Cleanroom conditions.

As an example of the technological versatility of these technical injection machines Engel shows the production of a fitting using bi technology component in a machine Engel combimelt. While the fitting of PP is injected with boards of TPE, in an Engel victory 500 H/w/120 combi, the piece labels directly in the mold during the same process.

In addition, an Engel e-victory 80/50 LIM shows the production of an LSR membrane to a respirator at the Wacker booth.
