Generally, the Caex Bubble 10 is equipped with three extrusion machines: one for the layer of PE, one for the layer of Nylon PA6 and the third for the layer of glue between PE and Nylon-PA6. These three extrusion machines, thanks to a block of co-extrusion (feed-block) of last generation with variable geometry allow the production of film coextruded 10 layered structure ABCBA + ABCBA.
The machine has a width of 2.5 meters and offers a production of 650 kg/h or 10,500 m2h. Production speed is 75 m/min. It works with a minimum thickness of 25 GSM2.
Characteristics of the machine
It also includes two flat heads separated for a high control and precise regulation of produced film, made in steel with adjustable lips. The sophisticated 'feed-block' of variable geometry allows a uniform distribution of the layer of Nylon PA6 in the full width of the film, even with less than 0.5 microns thickness; dispenser and gravimetric mixer for the raw material, for precise, automated management of mixtures; Trainer cylinder chrome plating and mounted on a mobile structure (motorized and controlled by PLC) in both directions for the regulation of the position of the fall of the material from the heads. Cylinder, thanks to rapid hydraulic joints allows a change in a short time.
Finally, the novelty of Torninova includes control panel main commanded by automata, complete software of supervision on a 'touch-screen' that allows the complete management of the line and the planning of the production process.
- Superior protection: in comparison with film monoextrusionado of higher grammage, the bubble coextrusionada hold better and longer air inside (thanks to the layer of Nylon PA6). Therefore, ensures high and consistent performance throughout the cycle from use of the packaging. It is just the amount of air sealed in each bubble which determines the best level of protection of packaged items
- Better protection with thinner film: get the same results with less thickness means less consumption of raw materials and reduce the cost of the environmental impact.
- Reusable: maintaining its properties at the time, the same packaging can be used several times.
- Recyclable: the bubble coextruded plastic can be recycled with other material based on polyethylene.
