Cronoplast presents a new touch screen color within its range of microinyectoras Babyplast
They are devoted to the creation of autonomous injectors of desktop, having presented a new feature this technology in the K´92 of Düsseldorf.
They offer a service integrated, based on a team with many years of experience in the design and construction of moulds, as well as the injection of technical plastics. They have experience in microinjection, with more than 7,000 built moulds in the world, using raw materials ranging from PP-PA - ABS to PC-PBT-POM-PPS as well as thermostable and material with loads of fiberglass, ceramic, metal powder, etc.
One of the most important contributions to the transformation of plastics industry was the presentation in the K´01 of Düsseldorf, the autonomous injection unit (IAU), which has become the most cost-effective way of transforming a conventional press at Bi-Materia.
Equipped with the same group of injection to the horizontal and vertical Babyplast, the IAU is an innovative system that allows to incorporate directly into the mould, a group of injection shaping a second material. Installed, by means of an adapter plate, directly over any mold thanks to its reducidísimas dimensions.
With the IAU, the injection can be vertical or horizontal, made that he allows access to the best point for the injection of the second material without the need to be linked to the characteristics of the press. It occurs also in augmented version, i.e., with a capacity of maximum 25 cubic centimeters injection.
Babyplast 6/10 p Vertical maintains the components of hydraulic and pneumatic, as well as the closure group, the electronic box and the injection of the Babyplast Group 6/10 p. This is a press table that has a vertical closure and a group of horizontal injection.
