Wittmann Battenfeld exposes more than 50 products of auxiliary equipment in Equiplast

After the recent acquisition of the line of products to the mix and transport M-Tek of Mould-Tek, Wittmann company is now able to offer a superior and precise product line for the gravimetric mixing with yields of 130 up to 5000 kg/h. New mixers of Wittmann stand out for their process of patented mixing on 3 levels, which builds the mixture more precise and uniform for each batch. This technology, called RTLS (Real Time Live Scale - scales directly in Real time), is based at the time of opening progressively smaller valves of dosing to allow for accurate mixing of each batch. Thanks to the continuous compensation of the different characteristics of flow of granules of plastic with Adaptive software algorithms, you can use a single standard valve of high precision to Virgin, recovered materials and dust.

The Equiplast, presents the mixer of the 130 kg/h Gravimax GMX 1 series and the 3 GMX with 340 kg/h of performance.

The robots of the 7 series are shown with the new Teachbox R7.2 which includes a graphical SVGA display with a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels and a USB port. The USB port allows the storage and management of an unlimited number of programs of instruction in external memory pencils. In addition, the internal flash memory card offers additional storage space when there is no connected a pencil of memory. The core functions of the Teachbox R7.2 remain unchanged and are fully compatible with the controls of the generation CNC6.2 and R7.

In addition, will be presented the W711 robot with a payload of 5 kg, as well as the W753 robot with a useful load of 75 kg and combinations of axis/C preselected, along with the automatic recognition of EOAT (End-Of-Arm-Tooling - final apprehension hand tools) using RFID technology.

Wittmann presents a new system of labeling in mold (IML) for the production of containers and round caps in a mold of flats 2 + 2. With a time of total cycle of 4.7 seconds, the system simultaneously removes the finished parts and inserts two different labels (one in a Chuck and the other in plane) in respective cavities. The automation is based on the modular concept of high-performance robot W727 side entrance and is supplied together with a cast of flats developed by Wittmann. The system is working in a molding machine Demag injection of the series 200 Exis.

The mould temperature controllers product group occurs with new Tempro Plus C series version of open system with water of 90 ° C, as well as systems pressurized with water up to 140 ° C and 160 ° C for units of single and dual zone. Standard features include: detention of leakage mode, purge unlimited channels of cooling before the changes of molds and permanent monitoring of the temperature of return. Options include several interfaces for processing machines, as well as monitoring of pressure and flow for optimal control of temperature and of the process.

The line from of Wittmann temperature controllers is completed with economic units Tempro Primus and Tempro Basic, the controller of temperature Tempro Direct 120 with direct cooling and the unity of Tempro Plus 250 oil for high temperature applications.

Mills and crushers

In the Group's product mills and crushers, Wittmann presents a number of new features, from the shredder without grid of the Sumo series until the series conventional mill more and MC.

The family of low-speed without grid-breakers has been expanded with the addition of the Minor 2 model. This new model is equipped with two groundbreaking blades and 3 sections of cutting of roller of trapezoidal section in the rotor. Series MC of Central Mills included the incorporation of the new MC 46 60 team with a Chamber of the Court of 460 mm x 600 mm (18.1 "x 23.6").
