Negri Bossi shows its solutions in Equiplast 2008

"New solutions for the future". With this slogan is prepared Equiplast 2008, the fair international dedicated to the plastics industry and the rubber, which will take place on 20 October 24. The machine, equipped with a hydraulic system of two dishes, is the model most small, with regard to clamping force, of successful technology proposed by Negri Bossi BiPower series. Available between the 1200 and the 7000 tons, all machines of this series have, in addition to the system of closure of two dishes, a system of blocking on the columns, integrated in the mobile Bowl. The 1200 VH, like the rest of the machines of the same series, has a Canbus connection between the various elements and system of electric motor for the plasticizing, a key element for energy saving. They are the high modularity and flexibility of use, which, together with the possibility of combining the machine with automation of Sacmi solutions, the 1200 VH make an ideal tool for, among others, the automotive industry.

Negri Bossi shall state in Barcelona the conjunction between the 1200 VH and an anthropomorphic robot KR-150 of Gaiotto Automation, specialist of the Sacmi Group on the issues of automatic handling. Integration with the washing and deburring of the piece cutting systems, provide an ideal solution for those companies who do not want only a machine but the total solution to the process of manufacture of a product.

Also Negri Bossi will present an integrated line of molding by injection and quality control in line, who enjoys a system developed by the Centre for advanced research in the Sacmi group. Specifically it is a machine model VE 210, new series Canbel Red Devil, fully electric drive, with a robot Negri Bossi of the series FLASH, model S 200 and system of NIR vision in line with the machine. For demonstration of the usefulness of the set, will be presented a case study molding a lens of a lighthouse of motorcycle and showing that it is possible to carry out a control of quality not only in terms of dimensional characteristics and aesthetic quality, but also the response of the piece molded to the demands of use of the same, with the detection of possible anomalies in the polymer due to verification by absorption of specific frequencies of NIR spectrum.

Equiplast will also be an important showcase for the brand Oima, also of the Sacmi group, a firm specializing in the manufacture of injection machines for the packaging sector. In exhibit a machine model KP 220, of the new Stratos KP series, developed specifically for this type of applications. You may see the manufacture of caps with seal, for mineral water, produced with HDPE. As main advantages, in addition to the very high production yield, it should be mentioned the low energy consumption compared to traditional solutions, due to the implementation of a "high torque" Siemens engine, for the actuation of the plasticizing.

It is also of the Stratos KP project, highlight the excellences of the hydraulic system of new concept and the wide flexibility of the new ECO NT III control, which allow to optimize the benefits and consumption, based on the typology of the moulding. Complete this new ceramic resistors isolated, innovative profile of the spindle and the enlarged group of closure geometry.

Finally BM Biraghi will expose a vertical machine that works enjoying the vacuum technology. In addition to machines for the injection of thermoplastics, thermosetting materials, rubber and silicone, the series "sintesi pv" was born specifically for the moulding of parts with inserts, also thermoset and thermoplastic materials, rubber or LSR (silicone).

Equipped with a closure group vertical, while the Group of injection may be also vertically, as the machine presented at the fair, or horizontal, the PV series is characterized by the particular provision of the mobile plate guided by four columnsplanned according to the convenience of use thanks to the ample available space on the rotary table.
