Aimplas and Avep analyze the regulation on emission of volatile organic compounds in a day

Aimplas and Avep have organized a technical conference in which the Royal Decree 117/2003 on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds caused by the use of solvents in certain industrial activities has been discussed in the Parque Tecnológico de Valencia.
This day has had intended giving to know this legislation, its implementation and its monitoring, as well as introduce certain measures and technologies to reduce and control emissions.
In addition to the Royal Decree of 2003, the topics addressed in the day have been: the verification of compliance with the emission limits through the Plan of management of solvents, inks for printing on flexible plastic water-based, the new technology of printing on surfaces of plastic to reduce solvent emissions, and the technologies of regenerative thermal oxidation to remove volatile organic compounds.
This technical meeting attended 50 companies that use solvents and apply preparations in solvent-based processes of coating adhesives, painted pieces, printing and lamination of plastic surfaces.
Aimplas and Avep on the day enterprises Vaersa, Sun Chemical, Comexi Group, and CTP Ibérica SL have participated as speakers.
