The
fanuc robotics firm is advantaged in the European market, with more than 2,000 robots installed in the industry of beverage with global references in beer, wine, champagne, liquor, whisky, vodka, snacks, mineral water and soda.
Together with its partners, system integrators, the company offers a range of advanced solutions to accelerate the end of line operations. Its software and intelligent systems ensure reliable and secure handling operations as integrated vision (R-J3iC driver comes with the necessary hardware to view 2D), Line Traking (line tracking) software, the collision detection ultra-sensitive to protect the robotthe tool and products; and the advanced vision (based on PC or shortly integrated) for 2D visual line traking (visual line tracking) or 3D Bin Picking (collection of three-dimensional containers).
With capacities from 2 up to 700 kg, the client will find the model of robot best suited for your needs. They are equipped with high speed in the series M-6iB (maximum load 2-10 kg) for very rapid application of Pick & Place (collection and placement). M-420iA and M-421iA robots handle higher loads (40-50 kg). M-410iB series (160-450 kg) is a robot for pallets while the series M-900iA is specially designed for heavy loads (260-700 kg) with high inertia on the wrist. Smaller loads can be manipulated with M-710iC (20-70 kg) or with the R-2000iB series (100-210 kg).
