Some of the most important general features are:
• Programmable and customizable filters for the user.
• Groupings, ordinations and customizations in all lists.
• Navigation: possibility of accessing any data from any module.
• Possibility for users to define their own fields in the database in a simple way.
• Greater control of security of access, both the system and the data that each user can access.
• Possibility of access to almost all the listings of the system from the central unit of listings.
Other important features from the point of view of functionality are:
• Module design of listings. Easy and fast design-specific listings of sheet metal (boxes) module has been created, offering the possibility the user modify different listings in real-time, print them, add zooms, lines of detail, dimensions, textos… There is the possibility of access to virtually all fields of the database, print or retrieve listings of the plates without having to load them into the system...
• Module of Nesting. New algorithms have been developed to achieve better use of sheet metal, both automatic and semi-automatic, processes are optimized so that the resulting nestings are more regular and efficient. All this without forgetting the more than 50 improvements developed at the level of automatic and/or semiautomatic, mechanized for cutting machines, punching machines and combined machines.
• Improvements in simulation. New options have been developed to be able to simulate machining of sheet metal with greater realism and allowing the user more control over verification, so that it allows to start the simulation from any point, step by step, simulate the following command and even stop and continue from any point.
• Module of production orders. They have been optimized to maximize the management of time and costs, and productivity statistics have been developed. With them is given the possibility of knowing in real time all the work performed, times and any machine and user status.
• Sales module. Management of prices is based on cost and/or profit margins. New module deals with a new Assistant to generate budgets of intuitive and mechanical, allowing this to every budget is calculated in the manner more adjusted and possible real.
• Module of control and monitoring of the manufacture (Wos). (Loading and processing of the nestings and parts is more quickly and efficiently), and also a better integration with modules of warehouses, Palletizers and calculation of time and costs.
• Module of warehouses. It has developed a "smart" warehouse management. The system works with reservation of products (to make an order you manage if you have in the store or not and automatically makes the necessary reserves of products to serve that request) and minimum stock management, offering products that are available and the that would need to buy or manufacture anytime at all times.
Inventory balances can be made through three methods: Fifo, Lifo and average amount.
