The systems proposed by the company are divided into three PDT (direct front court), TI (submerged cutting) and ad (cut with liquid ring), all are available in more versions to adapt to each of the requirements of manufacturing.
The ad are distinguished by two features: they used centrifugal force and the water to obtain granules homogeneous and, thanks to the structural simplicity, they avoid interruptions in the productive process notably reducing maintenance lines of regeneration times.
The volume of the machine has been achieving a reduction of the structure and optimizing the number of tours in the preparation of the material, while the composition of the cutting head has been enhanced with the introduction of castings in aluminium alloys.
The centrifuge has been modified in its structure to allow for a better maintenance, cleaning and replacement of parts, also has been an improvement in the installation and ease of use.
Cutting ad, compared to the systems of TDF or you, cut improves the accessibility on the rotating tree and the row, which has a larger operating space. Currently, manufactured models ad 1.0 and 2.0 for small productions or laboratory and TDA 3.0 and 4.0 for productions between 100 and 700 kg/h. The model 5.0 is installed in the 160 GM line, with production of 1,000 kg/h and can reach an average of 1,500 kg/h productivity
Usually the Ad 2.0 model is mounted on the smallest line of regeneration produced by the company, E-Trim, ideal for applications between 20 and 40 kg/h, and edge trim recycling, while TDA 3.0 and 4.0 respectively apply to the lines of regeneration GM90GM 105 and 125 GM productions between 280 and 650 kg/h.
In addition each model is compatible with any type of extrusion machines that are currently on the market.
The TDA cutting system is exposed in different versions in the C512, Hall 1 stand.
