The volumetric fillers EJP ready for dosage from 0,080 until 150 kg/hr. with what are achieved excellent possibilities of dosage.
This system can be used in injection and extrusion.
For example, be could feed by "hopper 1" the pellets or Virgin material, by the "dosing 2" coloring and for the "dispenser 3" any necessary additive or the recovered. These materials will be perfectly mixed homogeneously with the system of "blend 4" located just before the entrance of the material to machine.
Both the Proportioning and mixture system are quick and easy cleaning, built in high quality materials. Ensures an optimum and reliable dosing.
There are two alternatives with respect to the control:
- M-33, with manually adjustable percentage, analog control, timer going and push button tests manual.
- M-100, with touch screen, adjust speed and percentage, automatic display of real consumption per cycle, digital programming of all data memory for more than 500 programs, cleaning of automatic spindle.
The options available in the dispensers are very broad: from using automatic feed mini-alimentador JPV, alarm for lack of material, from 8 to 50 l. hoppers, synchronization with the extruder (option for the extrusion dispenser), etc.
