Atlas Copco signs an agreement of acquisition of Edwards Group to expand his offer in solutions of empty

Atlas Copco AB and Edwards Group Ltd have f irmado an agreement in virtue of the cual Atlas Copco will purchase Edwards, a provider world-wide leader in solutions of empty and systems of reduction, by a price of 10.600 MSEK (1.600 MUSD). Edwards Group has his headquarters in the United Kingdom and cotiza in the stock exchange NASDAQ of New York.
