The new system of vision of Fanuc reduces the times of collected in cestón

Fanuc will exhibit several novelties of robotics this year in the Fair EMO including a sensor with integrated vision for collected in cestón faster and a solution to improve the precision of the position. The new Sensor Fanuc of area of vision offers time until 50% faster in the orientation of the component when they realizar collected in cestón and the new option Fanuc Secondary Encoder Software provides improvements in the precision of positioning in an area of work defined, with independence of the load or temperature acclimatise.

Area Finder Sensor.

The new sensor of vision of area recognises pieces without classifying in a cestón, locates them in three dimensions and reenvía precise information of the position to the robot. The sensor of area of vision Fanuc no longer requires any transition between the pre-recognition 2D and the research fine-tuned in 3D.

The sensor is integrated in the controller Fanuc R-30iB and locates directly the data of position in 3D of one or several pieces. This facilitates the configuration and especially, accelerates the cycle of work. In function of the operative and characteristic parameters of the application, the robot receives his information until 50% faster.

Since there is an only sensor, the typical applications of collected in cestón are quite less complex. Positioned on the cestón, the sensor is very protected and thanks to the function anti-integrated collision in the controller R-30iB, avoids the accidental contact of the same with the robot.

Bin Picking.

The high precision of position is a standard characteristic of the Robots Fanuc but there is determinate applications, as for example mechanised/taladrado in aeronautical sector component manufacturing sector component manufacturing industry, that require high levels of control during all the process. To ensure this Fanuc has developed his option Secondary Encoder, a combination of software and technology of sensors of measurement.

This option complements the encoders traditional with additional units, making possible measure and compensate the holguras and the mechanical deformation (depending on the load and temperature). This allows to the robot measure his deviation of the location programmed and correct to the correct position, ensuring an absolute positioning.

LR Matt 200GO.

Others of the novelties in robots that will present in the EMO include the LR Matt 200GO, focused to applications of manipulation of high speed and efficiency, as well as the version 200GO/4S, more compact for integration in machines with spaces reduced, the M-1IA, the fastest of the robots delta and the new series M-2IA. In total, will expose 30 Robots Fanuc with practical applications, offering in this way numerous ideas of automation.
