The Italian company Gimatic, specialist in the manufacture and sale of peripherals for the systems of setting and assembled automated and for the robotics, presents in Düsseldorf his last novelties in the sector. From among all his more leading products stand out two: the models of the pinzas DD, DD20-16P and DD20-16PS and the innovative fast change with valve of integrated hygiene, fast change QCX.

The new version of the recognised pinza DD, has of some tablets in plastic material TPU placed fixed on the metallic fingers, with the end to prevent the direct contact of these with the piece, avoiding so this mark . This model also is available in version without (P) and with (PS) with slot for magnetic sensor.

The range QC of Gimatic expands with the fast change QCX that comes endowed of a rotary presses valve that allows to close the takings of air (or empty), before this was decoupled. This additional system of hygiene does not allow that the connections can open if the change is not joined up. With this new system resolve the problems derived of the pneumatics connections during the process of change of tool of a robot, as they are the uncontrolled movements, the high strength of decoupling, etc

The company also presents other novelties like the VMK, universal suspensions antirotación of three sizes (14, 20 and 30 mm), robust and light and with system antirotación integrated ; the pinzas PB-0180 PB-0181, with sensor in the finger, for the detection of the subject piece, available in aluminium and steel; and the Suspensions VSD that incorporate an abrazadera articulated to allow a better and easier orientation of the actuator (three different sizes and with system antirotación) and the pinza monodedo, OFR14-95G, with the sufridera regulable and the tablets in TPU.
