Reifenhauser Debuts image and presents in the K the future extruder

As well as new corporate image, the Reifenhäuser group, and more specifically Reifenhauser Extrusion Technology, one of its subsidiaries, presents a study on the future of vista extruder of single screw, to six years in the K. The study aims to show visitors the State of the art in the future. In this study, the developers of the company have put special emphasis on the issues of energy, power, reliability, maintenance, operation and the significant interaction between design and functionality. The study shows, among other things, an innovative concept of plasticizing called Energizer that minimizes the flow of energy and which significantly dispenses with the cooling of the cylinder. Energizer technology will allow up to 20 degrees less in the melting temperature with the same speed of production and quality of fusion. This allows both save energy, increase the performance of the production of extrusion line complete as necessary.

Reifenhüser Kiefel Extrusion, other divisions of the group, presents in this K 'Evolution Ultra Flat', a new developed patented technology that allows a flattening of movie blown in a more effective manner and with an energy saving higher than other similar systems available on the market. The company responds with this new technology to the theoretical performance potential of the modern high-speed conversion systems, whose maximum production speed can take also advantage to practice thanks to the improvement in the quality of the film.
