In the K Songwon shows his value like transformer of polymers
29 July 2013
Songwon, one of leading companies engaged in the transformation of polymers, participates in the 2013 K in Düsseldorf, Germany, platform that leverages to give their new products and innovative services. The Korean company had the opportunity to participate in the event prior to the K, concluded in June in Mainz (Germany), where he presented his partner Sabo with whom he collaborated on the launch of the 'Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers' (HALS), additives that protect the polymer from degradation UV exposure. Maurizio Butti, director of operations and member of the Executive Committee of the Group Songwon, introduced his colleague Alberto Vischetti, director of the Area of additives and coatings for plastics, paper which both performed.
SABO is a company, established in 1937, dedicated to the transformation of specialty chemicals, additives and surfactants for plastics and stabilizers, and components for cosmetics, especially for applications in the chemical industry. Headquartered in Italy, its corporate philosophy is based on the slogan: 'your polymers, our stabilizers'. Songwon both Sabo have worked together to produce the HALS. Maurizio Butti wanted to highlight that the K is a good opportunity to present all the products and services manufactured or designed especially according to the real needs of its customers: "customers will have products they need to develop their work;" Since the company works thinking demand that the market demands. Therefore, according to Butti will continue working in the future, focused on the effort to understand what the customer need and how your corporate group can help you achieve that goal.
The effect that occurs with the performance of the stabilizers in material, against, their degradation when stabilizers, they do not act as shown to the right can be seen to the left of the image.
The product that the company believes star in this fair K, they are packages of stabilizers, among which we find HALS. In this regard, Butti aims: "are specifically designed to improve the properties of the polymers used in many critical sectors as agriculture, construction, infrastructure, packaging, transport and others. Our solutions make possible the production of light vehicles and higher quality, since they allow to achieve high processing speed with thinner wall thickness and allow a wider range of more stable colours". Another point to consider is the recycling of packaging, more sustainable today that, together with many other applications can be recycled more easily thanks to packages of PAHO additives that improve the quality of the recycled allowing to transform them into high value polymers.
