Interview to Joan García, commercial director of Equiper
Until it does some years the available potential of robots (cartesianos) in Spain was important, given the delay of the Spanish transformers in matter of automation. This keeps on being like this?
Follows having a delay, and although already it has lost that scenic fear to the robot, the fault of economic capacity and the solidez in the projects that allow to amortise clearly these investments, are not allowing a progressive growth like which would owe.
When a transformer wants to robotizar a process, sues simply the purchase of a robot or requires usually advice?
There is of everything; in the cartesianos requires less advice because already there is a more general knowledge or already is user of any. In the robotic arms of 6 axles almost always there is a previous advice because the application is the important, no so much the robot in himself.
It has increased the purchase of lines of injection with the robot, that is to say, all integrated cheese cheese? Or it keeps on being more usual the sale of robots apart from the machine?
Is clear that the manufacturers of the inyectoras try to facilitate the purchase of the new machine instrumented entirely. When having capacity of financials facilitate the operation to the customer and erigen like only responsible of the group.
Which have been the main improvements or technical evolutions of the robots in the last five years?
Basically, the ease in the handle, some aligeramiento of weight and manufacture of some ranges standardised specific, that share elements as it could be the control and other components to offer prices more contained.
