High speed milling
With the machine RFM760, the implementation and efficiency of high speed in the manufacture of moulds and dies expands significantly, allowing machining of copper, aluminum, graffiti and steels up to 60 HRc to the most demanding requirements.
The RFM760 machine is building robust and compact; with Portico incorporated into its architecture. At the same time, it has very good visibility and accessibility to the work area, allowing the burden of pieces with crane, palletisation and automation with robots standards.
Automatic tool changer of up 30 tools has built-in measuring laser both length and diameter of the tools, thus avoiding, presets.
The full body of the machine is pressurized with more than 1,000 m3 of circulating air filtering per hour. This ensures accuracy, even in long times of machining with high advances and accelerations.
The maximum advance of work is 30 m/min and 42,000 rpm spindle. The working area is 760 x 550 x 400 mm
