The scholarship of the Foundation Kennametal implements in the Polytechnical University Northwestern

On 16 October 2012, signed the agreement ‘Scholarships of the Foundation Kennametal' —signature respresentada by Kenci in Spain— in the Polytechnical University of Northwestern. Zheng Weijian, vice-president of Kennametal for the zone of Asia-Pacífico, was present in the ceremony where gathered with Wang Wei, vice-president of the Polytechnical University of Northwestern. Also they assisted to the act Xu Yingxu, director of sales of Kennametal responsible of the aerospace industry in China, the director of contracting Ye Ying, the manager of public relations Ma Ning, the president of the School of Mechanical Engineering Yuan Weizheng, together with other representatives.

Founded in 1938, Kennametal is a global company that supplies solutions of cutting and resistant to the wear. It has branches in more than 60 countries of all the world and his products are very used in different industries, included the aerospace. The aim to implant this scholarship of Kennametal in the Polytechnical University of Northwestern is to intensify the technical learning increasing the support and realising investments in the field of the learning of cut of metals. Taking this scholarship like starting point, will establish a solid collaboration for the learning of personnel of both parts and aunarán efforts in favour of the R&D. This cooperation will boost the crop of talents in the aerospace domestic industries and of the cut of metals.
