Kennametal, commercialised in Spain by Kenci, expands his range KSEM Plus with the cabezales KSEM Plus B1 with adapters of style DFC to reduce the cost by hole in difficult conditions. Thanks to his excellent properties, the cabezales B1 can taladrar material apilados, surfaces bent and transversal holes, even when it interrupts the cut. With these new adapters, the cabezales KSEM Plus B1 achieve a guided precise during the taladrado of transversal holes in widths until 50% of the diameter of the broca. Besides, they delete the marks in espiral and groove them achieving a hole of exit of high quality, as well as a taladrado effective in both sides to the indexar in the sense of taladrado.
The cabezales KSEM Plus B1 have of two effective edges of cutting that work perfectly to a speed of high advance to reduce the load by edge, compensate the radial strength and avoid the warming of disk generating only two shavings by edge. Like standard are available in sizes of 28-70 mm and to measure, of 28 to 127 mm.
