Tools of animation for production and maintenance of systems of robots: programs of reference to calibrate the simulation
The Roboguides are some tools of animation specifically developed for the production and maintenance of systems of robots. They can be used so much in the office as in the factory.
They create automatically programs of reference to calibrate the simulation according to the system of real robot. Three positions of the robot given allow to adjust the whole process.
The characteristic of detection of collision gives a visual warning in case of collisions during the simulation of the robot.
The packages of software of application can select and configure with Roboguide. This reduces the cost of the system and accelerates drastically the start of the system.
They allow a powerful programming with an intuitive and easy interface to use. The design of the cell and the time of cycle can testear off-line. They offer technology of virtual controller for scopes and time of real cycle. All the models of robots (R-J3iB) can simulate. The softwares of application ArcTool, SpotTool and HandlingTool can be selected and configured. Easy to use with Virtual Teach Pendant (menus and equal screens to the ones of the real robot).
The off-line programming speeds up the integration of the system and reduces costs. They have of analyser of time of cycle; detection of collision and visualisation of the surroundings of work; visualisation of the traced like Node Map; exit of video AVI and allows the import of pieces of work, tools, accessories and obstacles in format of IGES.
