System of trituración with variants and accessories
Centrotécnica Has presented the system combined of trituración ISVE, with variants and accessories for each exigencia, fast and easy to use, with consumptions and rumorosidad reduced.
The model Tritotutto Combi showed is oriented to the recovery of undone of plastic, ISVE has projected and realised a team that combines the advantages of the triturador to four axles; and a mill on line, able to obtain a granulated final of 4 – 8 mm. A simple application, will suffice to enter the material by the mouth of the triturador, to obtain the final granule. The team tritura bodies of big volume and of remarkable resistance to the cut, with an important saving in terms of cost of investment and of work. For example, a team with mouth of trituración of 500 x 660 mm, able of triturar drums, big pieces injected, coladas and blocks of material melted; it has an installed power of 27.5 HP. The material to triturar does not require of a previous cut neither assistance by part of an operario. They exist three different models of 27.5 to 60 HP with cameras of cut of until 1000 x 800 mm. Possibility of triturar hollow bodies, pieces injected, coladas, blocks melted of purge; with the same machine and without precorte. Electronic control of cycle of work, with 10 programs configurables by the user. Turned off sequential, to facilitate the operations of cleaning. Minimum hand-held need of work for the use or the maintenance of the team. Bancada And mill insonorizados. Possibility to use only the triturador for reduction of wooden volume, cardboard, pallets and other no ferric materials. Optionally it can incorporate; Strip transportadora of feeding, magnetic Systems for retention of metals in the granule and protection of the blades of the mill; Sensor of level for Big Bag, with turned off automatic of the team, etc...
