System of automation for IML: of 100 to 350 tonnes
The robot of lateral entrance Star of Star Automation, company represented by Machinery Termo plastic, is designed specifically for applications of labeling inside the mould.
This model, ideal for IMM of 100 to 350 tonnes, is a compact machine that combines the robot, the warehouse of labels and the system of storage of pieces moldeadas, all this contained in an elegant structure and refinada elaborated from steel painted/cromado.
The robot is composed by horizontal axles of steel to provide a big robustness and rigidity, where places the arm. The arm is activated by a servomotor of big power. This system ensures the minimum sound and vibrations.
The warehouse of labels has been designed with a new concept: the labels are transferred from the warehouse until a station of preconformado, where moldea properly the label before the robot place it in the mould.
The pieces finished can be apiladas in in the warehouse for maximizar the available space and cater the best autonomy.
