DMG Has developed the Ultrasonic 10 like a pure machine for the dental technology answering completely to the requirements of this line of industry. Knowing that the available space in the rare dental laboratories time fulfils with the industrial standards, was of big importance minimise to the minimum the size of the machine. The result convinces: it does not need more than 2 m² to install an Ultrasonic 10, and dimensions of 800 mm x 1.800 mm is sufficient to transport it.

In addition to these compact dimensions, the concept of machine of the Ultrasonic 10 also takes into account the requirements of the dental technology. The decisive factor is the start of shaving of the Ultrasonic, that allows also mechanise hard and fragile materials like the ceramics of glass and synthetic special. Of course, also the milling of high speed of demanding metals, like the titanium and the chromium cobalt, do part of the wide range of utilisation of the machine.

The flexibility of the Ultrasonic 10, regarding selection of materials, is equalised to his versatilidad in producing complex geometries. The small unit of automation PH2|4 offers in his inner space for other four supports for material in the rough without requiring an additional space.
