Sprayers With pulverización of full cone: with mix exerna

This model of filters have been designed by the numerous requests of the customers to have a filter with an adjust of the very simple discharge and coherent, that can have a circular coverage and that it was able to powder liquids of different density and viscosidad.
The big advantage of this family of sprayers, is that it can combine in an alone injector, the big advantages of the external mix and the typical uniform coverage of a pulverizador of full cone.
The external mix can do independent of the filter of the liquid (once established the correct pressesure of the project) jointly with any type of pressesure of air to obtain the mix wished.
The variation of the pressesure of the air in the mix affects no only to the nebulización but also to the distance and to the size of the cone of the powdered, but does not affect to the discharge of the liquid.
The particular form of the filter makes possible the pulverización of difficult liquids to powder without fear that can find any obstruction or loss of discharge.
If the filters joint to the atomizador gifted of a needle of back cleaning (manual like the model And3 or automatic of the guns series PAA) excludes even the remote possibility of the obstruction of the liquid to powder.
