Solutions of welding to the arch: with a scope that goes from 700 mm until more than 3 metres

Picture of Solutions of welding to the arch
Fanuc Robotics Offers a wide range of solutions advanced in welding to the arch. The Arc Matt, with capacity of load between 5 and 20 kg, and the series M-710iC (between 20 and 70 kg) offer a scope that goes from 700 mm until more than 3 metres, which allows to solder pieces so much very small as very big.

Optionally, the company offers some interesting extensions like posicionadores of 1 and 2 axles (between 300 and 500 kg of capacity of load) for welding of big pieces, with high speed and high acceleration; mazo of welding to the arch designed so that it avoids the interferences between the arm of the robot and the antorcha; system of off-line programming Roboguide with the package Weldpro; and ServoTorch, an alimentadora of thread entirely integrated cheese cheese, servo controlled and mounted in the doll.

With the vision Fanuc (for PC or integrated cheese cheese in the controller R-J3iC) the robots can solder pieces of a much more flexible way, in a configuration of simple or multiple arms.

The robots of welding supply with the software Arc Tool, designed to simplify and standardise the setting and the operations in applications of welding to the arch with the following characteristic: setting Plug&Play of the team of welding; detection and automatic readjustment of the thread of welding; powerful functions of diagnostic; and additional options: weaving (standard with the R-J3iC), Touch sensing, memorisation of the Root Pass…
