Fanuc Offers a series of options of specific software for applications:

Collision Guard (Detection of Collision Ultrasensible) provides a sensitive method that detects that a robot has colisionado with an object. It can detect a faster collision that a function of detection of conventional collision, of this way reduce the possible damages in the tool and in the same robot.

With the identification of the capacity of load (Payload GO) the robot oscillates the load moving the axis of the doll and the information of capacity of load configures automatically. The result of the identification of the capacity of load can be used to configure the Collision Guard.

With Collision Skip the robot is able to detect when it touches an object and adapts intelligently his movement. The detection carries to term only by the servo control of the robot. The reaction of the robot can be easily programmed using high speed skip.

Softfloat Uses in processes to compensate unexpected variations. When suceden these variations, Softfloat allows to change the path of the robot of agreement by force external to reach the results wished.

Coordinated Motion Package, function of movement coordinated allows that the robot follow the movement of a posicionador that was sustaining a piece of work. The movement of the tool of the robot is controlled in relation to the piece of work in the posicionador.

The Multi Robot Control has like aim control until 4 robots with an alone controller. The robots can move sincronizadamente or independently in function of the program of the robot.
