Rotating nozzles: on ball bearings
Features: Swivel heads are built in AISI 316 stainless steel, and are mounted on ball bearings. All internal and external surfaces are machined with high precision tool machines that guarantee a smooth finish and excellent product quality. The heads are presented with male or female threaded BSP (GAS) connection.
Operation: Wash produced by the rotating head flow generates the rotational movement thanks to the strength of reaction of the jets.
The rotation speed depends on the fluid pressure of washing, which should be limited. A too rapid rotation causes, in effect, break from the stream into drops, with the consequent loss of impact strength. The light swing of the head during the rotation has been specifically studied to improve it.
