Rollers diamantados and grind of CBN: also for the reavivado of grind abrasive for the rectified continuous of the gears
The rollers realise in:
- Execution EG: the diamonds are fixed galvánicamente on negative matrix and reproduce faithfully the profile of the piece. Usually this execution uses in rectified plongee, when the profile of the piece is very complex and the very narrow tolerances.
- Execution SN: the diamonds are fixed manually on negative matrix and fixed by process of sintering. Usually this execution uses in rectified by interpolation or pasante.
Also they realise rollers for the reavivado of grind abrasive for the rectified continuous of the gears.
Urma Rolls Produces besides grind of CBN galvanic (glasses of carbide of boron). This type of grind works directly on the piece deleting the group grind abrasive/roller diamantador. It does not need reavivado since it does not lose the profile.
